The exact opposite of Overwatch, in every way. Zero players, zero heroes, zero shooting. You sit in a beige waiting room and try very hard not to be involved. Zero versus zero. Watched from underneath the floor.

How not to play

Everyone in the waiting room is earning Disinterest. Finish with the most by being as uninvolved as possible until you leave. If Excitement fills up, Undertime ends the match early.

WASD

Shuffle around. On a phone, drag the left side of the room.

The Point

A dashed zone that moves every 18 seconds. Stay out of it. Standing in it means you're involved, which raises Excitement.

Stillness

Stand still for a second and your Disinterest doubles.

Their glances

Pale wedges show where other people are looking. Linger in one and they'll notice you, which costs you Disinterest and might start small talk.

Your glance

You have one too, in your colour. Keep someone in it for a moment and you notice them, which costs them 15 Disinterest. If they're looking back at you when it happens, that's eye contact, and everybody loses. On a computer you face your cursor while standing still.

Space

Warmup. Stand still for 3 seconds, then nothing happens. That's worth +15.

E

Penultimate. Nobody can notice you for a while. It starts at its best and gets weaker with every use and every second.

Q

Unping. Hide the Point from yourself for 7 seconds. Disinterest ×1.5 while you don't know where it is.

Click

Toss a receipt. Land it close to someone's shoes without hitting them for bonus points. On a phone, tap the right side.

Courtesy

The opposite of shields. It protects other people from you when you bump into them.

Other players

In a room with friends, everyone shares the Point and the Excitement meter, and you notice each other the same way you notice anyone else. If Excitement fills up, Undertime ends it for everybody.

The camera is fourth-person: you're watching from below a translucent floor. Those shapes are shoe soles. Your rank goes down as you get better, and your Zero's colour wears off the more you play.

Play with others

Everyone in a room shares one waiting room, one Point and one Excitement meter. You can notice each other, and if anyone makes things too exciting, Undertime ends it for everybody.

Everyone needs to open this same published link while signed in to Claude. The host keeps the room running, so they should keep their tab open.
